  11.   WinBag is a toolbag of utilities for Windows that lets you do some of
  12.   the things you do at DOS, without going to the dreaded File Manager
  13.   and without leaving the Windows environment. The initial release of
  14.   WinBag has three tools, a disk formater, and two handy Dir's for 
  15.   floppy drives A and B.

  17.   WinBag is distributed as Shareware. The registration fee is $15.
  18.   Registered users will receive free upgrades and new tools as they are
  19.   developed.

  21.  FormatWB:
  22.   FormatWB is used to format diskettes in foreground or background. When
  23.   first run, defaults will be set up for drives, format, and DOS
  24.   version. Go to Setup and change the defaults to match your system. Be
  25.   sure that the Setup DOS agrees with your DOS version. Now you can
  26.   format disks without going to DOS and without having to remember what
  27.   switch does what. Also, FormatWB gives you the ability to format disks
  28.   according to the format most frequently used. For example, if drive a:
  29.   is a high density drive, but low density disks are used most often,
  30.   set the default for for drive a: to low density. Now low density disks
  31.   can be formatted without changing settings and without the need to
  32.   remember any switches. Just be sure that the DOS format command is in
  33.   a directory that is in the path. WinBag takes care of the rest by
  34.   supplying a .pif file that runs format in a window and in background
  35.   if desired. FormatWB supports MS-DOS versions 3, 4, and 5.

  37.  DirA:/DirB:
  38.   The two Dir utilities are tools that do the simple task of a dir on
  39.   drive a: or b:, but, they do it without the need to exit to DOS and
  40.   they can be minimized and brought back to life at any time.
